Initial consultations are 60 minutes and involve a full case history and initial health assessment, to provide a baseline analysis of your current health status. Based on your health history and symptoms, I may refer you for blood and/or functional medicine tests, to determine if you have any nutritional deficiencies, digestive issues, hormonal dysregulations, inflammation, or intolerances. I will develop a treatment plan specific to these results or your health concerns, which may include dietary, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations.

Return consultations are 30 minutes, and will involve an explanation of your test results, a discussion of your personalised treatment plan and/or the progress of your health concern, symptoms or goals.

30-minute follow up consultation: $85AUD
